Absolutely find the right spot for work in your life. I work approximately 5 am to noon although my set office hours are 9 am to 6 pm. I do continue to return emails and inquiries (I’m self-employed) during my set hours so that my clients know when they can expect a response. I also schedule replies through email as well so that clients do not expect 24/7 availability.
