I can't tell you how many times during my 8.5 years in business (as a small media company) that I've told new people TREAT IT LIKE A BUSINESS IF YOU WANT TO SUCCEED just to have them brush that off because "creative" should be fun (but it's also a business) just to watch them go down in proverbial flames and complain that it's "impossible to succeed." And I sit here and drink my chai (no oat milk anything) with my tiny dog and two large dogs (,not vegans) and think damn this is some good tea.
