I got out of cardiology (afib, high blood pressure, and unstable angina along with a TIA before I turned 40 😵) with the support OF my cardiologist by starting to exercise. And the first thing he suggested? Walking as much as possible. Exercise and diet change (done a bit at a time) and I was released from cardiology.

Walking seems like it is nothing but it can do so much. (Comment posted by phone. Sorry for any auto wrongs…I think I caught them.)
