Some states have litigation abuse laws. Unfortunately, we aren't one of them. So, back during the days I dealt with this nonsense, the ex I had after we were divorced and he was already remarried AND I had a permanent VPO against him for DV, stalking, and harassment found out I was engaged by...stalking my private accounts, which the court had told him to STOP DOING.

He tried to sue me for bigamy (he was ALREADY MARRIED). And his proof? My social media accounts...he printed off pics from my engagement to my husband.

Our state simply does not do enough. I was very lucky to have a good judge for the VPO and to consolidate the VPO to the divorce. Unfortunately, you haven't been as lucky. :(
